Shipping Policy

Effective July 6, 2026

We ship research reagents from the United States. Please review the timing, packaging, and delivery rules below before placing an order.

1. Processing time

  • Card orders paid before 2pm ET Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day.
  • Card orders paid after 2pm ET ship the next business day.
  • Manual-payment orders (Zelle/Venmo) ship on the next business day after payment is confirmed in our account.
  • We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping options

  • USPS Priority Mail — flat $12, tracked, typically delivered in 2–4 business days within the United States.
  • Local pickup — free, by appointment only, arranged after checkout.

3. Domestic (U.S.) shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to U.S. territories via USPS. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing is out of our control.

4. International shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. Orders with international shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

5. Packaging

All shipments use plain, unbranded exterior packaging. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation for the transit window. It remains the customer's responsibility to receive and store product per its labelled storage conditions upon arrival.

6. Delivery, title, and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when USPS takes possession of the package. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and that someone is able to receive the package. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, though we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

7. Address changes and reshipments

We can update a shipping address only before a label is generated. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reship at the customer's expense once we receive the returned package.

8. Restricted destinations

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for cold-chain items where an adult signature may be required. We do not ship to any address on U.S. sanctions or export-control lists.
