1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website or purchase any product.
• You represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory technician, or purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution.
• You are responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession, and use of these products are lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this website are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes. They are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or household products and are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, ingestion, application, inhalation, or diagnostic use of any kind.

No statement on this website has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulator. No product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

3. No medical advice or dosing information

We do not provide, and will not provide, dosing instructions, protocols, treatment recommendations, therapeutic guidance, or any other medical or health advice. Any request for such information will be declined.

4. Orders, pricing, and availability

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order actually ships. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will refund the affected portion in full.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Manual payment options (Zelle, Venmo) are available; orders paid manually are held with status "awaiting payment" and are shipped only after we confirm funds have been received. Manual-pay orders that remain unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled.

6. Shipping and title

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because these products are laboratory reagents, our return window and eligibility rules are narrower than for consumer goods.

8. Prohibited uses

• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the products for human or animal use.
• You may not represent any product as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food.
• You may not use the site to conduct any unlawful activity or to attempt to obtain products under false pretenses.
• You may not misuse the site, its content, or any account credentials.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product photography, and layout — is owned by Pricks Research or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Pricks Research DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pricks Research SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT OR THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pricks Research, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
